Tech Support Forum - View Single Post - Help please! My computer doesnt stop crashing!

Hi, I have this problem in my computer that really annoys me and it's really hard to deal with works or games. I have:

Intel c2d e6750 @ 2.66
NVIDIA8800GTS 320 MB with Forceware version 169.28
directx 9.0c
ASUS p5kc motherboard with the latest BIOS and the powersuply has 800w.

(i have not made any overclock on the hardware)

And my OS is Windows XP.

Thing is, my computer sometimes just crashes, imagine I'm listening to music and playing a game then suddenly it just gets black screen or another random color and it only gets normal when I restart my pc. When this happens i can still ear the music playing that's the most weird thing, i don't know if it's gfx problem or motherboard problem, its not an issue of my monitor because i've tested in different monitors already, any clue about whats happening?
