[SOLVED] Pause/Stall after new(used) CPU installed.

Hello all,

I bought a used cpu from a ebay store a couple of weeks ago. Im upgrading to a 3.06 from a 2.4. After changing the cpu out, I turned on Hyper Threading and entered CS:S. Almost right away I noticed a few times a minute the game would just stop for no longer then 1-2 seconds and then continue on. I then tried Far Cry and it did the same thing. When this happens and I continue to move the mouse or keys on the keyboard, when it stops stalling and continues on, I am all of a sudden looking in other directions and or if I am firing I get a repeated sound till the pause is over. So I know the mouse and keyboard are sending out information to the mobo while the pause is happening and the mobo is getting that information. Anyways, I sent that cpu back and recieved another one (replaced my old one in the mean time.) No problem with my old one but again, changed out the cpu with the second new (used) one and the same thing. Stall/pause in games. So I go to driver direct or what ever and check to see what I can update. Update as much as I can. Flash and update my bios. Turn off HT and check bios settings and still have this same problem. When the first cpu did it I was told by a local tech, thats a classic sing of a bad cpu. Is this true? Whats the chance of two bad cpus with the same problem? If anyone has any ideas or what every PLEASE post em. OH I have done a bunch of benchmark tests and everything was great cept for something about the DMA... Thanks and heres my specs:
