I doubt that Mozy is the cause of your BSOD since you are XP and Mozy has come out with a recent upgrade for XP - but not Vista.
If you would kindly start a new thread in our XP forum and send me a PM with a link to it, I will glady do what I can to help. This thread is for tewmgd's system and the recommentdations contained herein pertain only to that user's system and shourld not be relied upon for the basis of BSOD corrective measures in yours.
