Web 2.0, to me, is big shiny buttons and logos that reflect off of an imaginary web surface.
Really though I don't know. Perhaps using php/mysql with ajax? Programming with .asp? So I was googling and one of the first links I clicked into was
O'Reilly -- What is Web 2.0. Looks like they helped to create this buzz word with the Web 2.0 Conference. Good read, but old. There was a post from a reader at the O'Reilly site that I thought was funny and so true.
