How old is that memory dump - from this recent freezing?
You said that you performed viurus scans and found.... exactly what? How do you know that all viruses are now gone... did you perform scans with multiple ant-virus products as well as malware scans?
When you say that things are disappearing... do you mean while the system is idle, or when using for intense activity - pushing it to its limits?
Post the memory dump - attach it to post- DO NO PASTE it in a post (no good for analysis). You will have to copy it to your desktop and rename it to change the file extension so that it ends in "txt".
Also, download the attached zip file and run it, then ATTACH the text file to your next post.
