I think you will be fine. They are fixed so that it is easy to tell which way the ATX connector is installed. I would suggest that you just make sure when you unhook your old things, that you mark the connection points with a piece of masking tape so you know what to hook back up. That way, you will get each thing that is presenty hooked up connected again. It is not a bad job at all.

The only thing I can think of that might give you a challenge, is that when you are working around the front panel header wires and other connections.....tread softly and don't knock off some wires that you won't remember where they went. If you have difficulties, let us know.
