Set it up outside of the case, set the mobo on the box your mobo
came in. You can eliminate possible grounding by this, and if it still
does not work its much easier to pitch in file 13,,lol...
Board may be bad, or cpu, if you have extra cpu, try that, or try
cpu in a compatible board, do the same with the ram, if you have extra
parts laying around like I do, it can be a big help.
