OK, I have built a few machines before this one. My problem is that it turns on for half a second and then turns off UNLESS i disconnect the CPU POWER, then it will remain on and not turn off. I do not understand what would be causing this. I have reseated the cpu two times and I am certain it is in correctly.

Here is what I have
Thermaltake Armor Series Case
XFX 780i Mobo
4 GB OCZ Reaper 1066mhz memory
Pentium Q6600
XFX 8800GT Video Card
OCZ 700 Watt Gamestream PSU

I would appreciate any and all input. thanks.
