Re: Slow computer, slow internet connection.
Seems to me this is more an OS issue, and not related to malware removal, which is what we do in this section of the forum.
Panda ActiveScan found only cookies, easily deleted.
1. Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options.
2. Click the General tab, and then, under Browsing history, click Delete.
3. Under Cookies, click Delete cookies, and then click Yes to confirm that you want to delete them.
4. Click Close, and then click OK.

It looks like you used to have Norton installed. These should no longer be necessary, since you now have Bitdefender as your AntiVirus
LiveUpdate 3.2 (Symantec Corporation)
LiveUpdate Notice
You can uninstall those via the Add or Remove Programs in your Control Panel.
Other than that, your machine may be having issues with the SP1 upgrade. To get assistance on that issues, please create a new thread in the Windows Vista section of the forum. Let them know you've been here, and it does not appear to be malware related.
