I don't know which power supply you have, but most of those now have a little snap off for the extra four pins you don't need. Therefore, a 24 pin ATX connector will work when you snap that off there. You need to find that little end and just take off the extra four and everything should be fine.

You will need to use a +12 molex connector to this newer board. Be sure you don't use the little snap off from the ATX connector to hook that up. There should be a separate +12 molex that you use coming from the power supply.
