1. Is the card attched to the motherboard ?
2. Does the card plugin into your machine ?
3. Brand [maker] of the card ?
4. The card will [should] have a model# and/or S.N.# on the card.[The numbers on the card will be the most help]
5. Is this machine a laptop ?
6. Is this machine a tower ?
7. The more detail the better #!@ Did I say detail, just checking.
