try deleting the files in your temporary internet folder or cache, depending upon your browser.
Also get a ftp program and go to the site to verify that the pages went where they were supposed to go and the file names were exactly the same. Sometimes the pages are saved as html when it should have been htm.
One thing, it may be easier to manage the website using adobe contribute.
