tweaking or changing your registry is a 'proceed with caution' task as each computer will behave differently after the change. it is best that no matter how simple or small the change is, that you have to backup that registry entry (export it to a folder or desktop) before you make any changes. this is advised because as i said, there is no telling how your computer will take the change.
