I have a problem in getting on secured sites. My OS is windows 98 and I for the last two years, I have been able to access secured sites with NO problem and then BOOM, beginning of May I have problems with secure sites. I called my internet connection company and the owners of the secure site I am trying to access and none of their solutions have fixed the problem. I first tried by diskcleanup and disk defragementing, deleted all cookies and temp files and deleted Spyware Dr. Still, I cannot get into any secured site. HELP!!!!
