It sounds like you have 2003 just set up as a stand alone server...
Just a bit like a PC...
When you share out a folder on the server ...
go to the properties of the share...
then into premissions...
you can add users to access the folders...
click find now... this will give you a list of all user accounts on the server..
in there you should see anomous users...
give them full access to the folders..
This should sort it 4 you
