Re: Computer Running Extremely Slowly and Unknown Programs Using up all Memory
Uninstall Ad-aware and restart the computer. See if it's any faster now. If so, install Ad-aware back and monitor the performance. Restart again to see how it is.
If you want, you can try disabling some startup programs as well. Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:
