Okay this is what the problem is...I cannot connect to the internet thats what it says. However I am on the internet right now. I can't seem to use any programs that need to route back to me like for instance poker stars says internet conectivity issue..any antivirus programs i have can't update,I can't use cd roms like guild wars they all say the same thing pretty much. Also I have to have windows updates off otherwise i can't connect however I THINK that is a sseperate issue.
I have pored through my puter to remove any traces of symatec or norten as that was when my problem started. My isp provider says its a software issue and pretty much offered no help all i got from them is that they couldn't ping my puter. And I am like wow because i am like positive their software caused the problem in the first place.
Several months ago when they merged with norten they sent the update out before it was ready and every since then I have had this problem. And I never put their stuff back on my puter. ok so i hope this helps. thank you so much for your time!
