Hi, Pls bear with me as I am not that computer savvy. Did you need this info for both the laptop & desktop? If so how do I paste it here. Sorry you're probably thinking this is going to be a long one!!!
Also can I use a flash drive to get the info from the laptop to be able to paste it here???
