John, unfortunately your suggestion is not the case here. I did allow the TCP Port 123 to connect with the internet server time-a.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov through the firewall, but the result is still the same-the clock is still loosing time(around 2 min per hour). It does so even with the firewall disabled. If you can suggest anything else i will embrace your idea.
