please help! XP changed my drive from FAT32 to RAW

while restarting my computer for an anti-virus update, windows ran something that claimed to be verifying the files on my hard drive? when windows next booted up, my WD 320 GB hard drive is now claiming to be RAW and is 0 bytes free 0 bytes used. it was previously FAT32 and worked very well for storing everything i needed (i have a small internal hard drive, my PC was built in 04).

i have a ton of music, recordings, hard to find tv shows, software, etc. on the drive and BADLY want them back (i actually study alot of the music...). what can i do????

thanks a ton in advance for any help you can offer.
