Re: Connect via Windows
Ex-Para,
If I'm understading your currectly, it's the USB Wireless adapter that's disconnecting - not necessarily the Wireless hub - correct?
If you're not having to reset the hub, but rather, re-located and reconnect to the wireless network on your laptop with the USB WiFI adapter, the problem is with either the USB WiFi adapter's drivers on your PC, settings with the WiFi connection program on your laptop, power-settings configured for your USB device on your laptop or a combination of the above.
Most WiFi connection utilities offer the ability to save networks you've already located and connected to. This will automatically locate and connect to the WiFi network you've configured provided you've save that connection and the laptop is in range of that connection.
I would look at the settings in the Wireless connection/discovery program on your laptop - you should find settings in there for default connections and automatic reconnect. Also make sure you don't have anything in your Internet Explorer's Connections settings configured to "Dial a Connection".
