I know that feeling .. 56 heading towards 57 fast .. don''t feel any different to when I was a teenager, except all my joints are beginning to hurt for the wrong reasons ..
still fit & active .. walk to work and back every day .. just over 2 miles each way (3,3Km) in 30 minutes .. could be faster but haven't got the energy any more
