I recently changed computers and when I plugged my Dell A920 All-in-One printer into the new computer and loaded the drivers I received a message telling me:

Cannot start this hardware device because it configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (Code 19).

I've run several registry cleaners (CCleaner, Norton Cleansweep, Easy Cleaner) and then tried reinstalling, always with the same result. When I've searched for solutions, all I can find is to go back to a restore point where the device worked. Well, given that it's never worked on this computer, that's not much help. Anyone have any ideas?
