I did uninstall McAfee a long time ago, but had a lot of trouble doing it. It doesn't coincide with when my computer slowed down. But thanks for the fix for that!

On restart, my computer was extremely slow again, once I stopped aawservice.exe, the computer was ok again. I'm not exactly sure, but I think aawservice.exe has something to do with AdAware. Sometimes I have to keep stopping aawservice.exe as it must automatically start again, which I notice after the computer slows right down again.

AdAware doesn't seem to work now either. aawservice.exe starts up, but I get System error: 1810 has occurred. Description: Service is not online. Application terminated.
