Go to this address, download and run the norton removal tool:

Scroll down and click on the orange "Download" button.

In those logs, your PC is pinging the router, but cannot ping it's own address 192.168.1.64. Either there are pieces of the Norton Firewall still installed and running or you've enable the Windows Firewall - which isn't a bad thing as long as it's configured properly.

See if the norton removal tool helps.
