Hi profitmaker,

Assuming this could be an extension issue, try starting Firefox in safe mode and disable all your extensions. Start > Programs > Firefox > Firefox Safe Mode. To disable, right click for option.

Now open Firefox normally and enable your extensions 1 or 2 at a time to weed out any issues with incompatible extensions. It doesn't happen too often these days, but it does!

Don't worry about the parentlock file for now, lets check extensions first.
