My friend, it is no insult to you to suggest that you may not be using the most clear English when you contacted them.
From your posts, I am guessing that English is your second language.
Well it's my second language as well. I'm French Canadian, and i've been where you are before.
So it is only with the best intentions that I point out to you that since you have not received an answer from them yet, that perhaps there is a chance you didn't make the problem clear to them.
