I am using a program called Workgroup Share by Softalk. it allows you to share calendars, tasks, etc.. and set permissions. It can operate on a SQL or JET database and you pay by number of clients. I have an office with 5 clients. The admin end of the program is easy to use;however, I have had problems with the clients OUtlook crashing when the program begins. Good luck!
