I understand, but I thought if for some reason windows saw the partition, at least you would know it's still physically there and not deleted.
I haven't used that program, so I don't have any answers other than going deep into the program settings to see if there is an option for "show all partitions" or some such setting.
I hope you didn't cause yourself problems by deleting the program and reinstalling it..
