Question Problems with wireless network security

hey!

I'm in serious need of some help for my networking problems.

Downstairs, we have two Windows XP PCs hard-wired to a Voyager 205 Router connected to our Broadband Modem. Then, we have a Linksys wireless router thing connected to the Voyager 205 that I use to connect my Macbook OSX Leopard to the wireless/home network.

Now, the problem is that, recently, my internet connection has really slowed down, leading me to the belief that somebody is using our wireless network outside our house. I've tried going to http://192.168.1.1, but it just sends me to the Voyager 205 ADSL Configuration page.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to make our Wireless connection secure when I can't figure out a way to access the configuration for the Linksys router?

Any and all help is appreciated!
