Dual/Triple Hard Drive System

I recently recieved a newer Dell Optiplex GX260. It has a 40gb hdd, and my other system has a 120gb, with another 40gb as a storage drive. My question is, is there anyway I can configure the 120gb (which has all my current information) to either be the bootable hdd, and then have the other 40's as storage drives, or some way so that I can choose to boot from the 120 or the 40 upon loading the system.

Thanks!
