Hi Matthieu -
Be sure to look at MSCONFIG - the startup and services tabs to make sure that the Elby program is not firing-up at boot - like mozy. Also, I know that LinqPad is a stand alone executable - so if you find yourself using that during a crash, that would be a suspect at that time only.
