hey, I have this same problem on my laptop, the one running on windows XP. The laptop with Mac OX Leopard works perfectly.

WinsockFix.exe did not work for me either.

Here are my connection names. "Local Area Connection", "1394 Connection", and "Local Area Connection" (this one says a network cable is unplugged).

And I did uncheck that box, it doesn't work.

Any other suggestions? I appreciate it!
