That's a Biostar motherboard. Go to this mfg's support site at:
http://www.biostar-usa.com/downloadmain.asp
Use the drop down lists to pick our MB model from the socket type. From there you should be able to download BIOS, drivers, manuals, etc. for that motherboard.
