Shouldn't be..it has a decent amount of positive reviews. One of the guys on the review says he powered up a nvidia 8800 with 16 fans (before it died!) but we'll see. Not expecting the X1650PRO to be on the same power level as the 8800 GT, so based upon that, it should the PSU should be enough. But The reviews, are after all not always right. I'm being stingy and buying the cheap raidmax though lol
