Cant get into the bios, removed the battery to reset it nothing.
I have 4gb of ram, I tried it by remving all sticks bar one and alternated the oensI tried.
The video card is newish, its a 8800GTX, I dont have a second card I sold the last two, but when I unplug the power to the card all I get is a loud whining noise.
Tried removing the harddrives as well and the DVD drives.

Just something I noticed though the fans on the fan dont sart when the power iss turned on, should they right away?

A Flat CMOS battery would not have this affect would it?
