ok, deffinately try another PSU, but to double check on placing parts in one by one, this part is quite important to do right or it may not work at all in finding a bad part.
when you do this, you should have minimal connections. to start, the only things that should be connected to the motherboard is the main power connector, the 4pin CPU power connector, 1 stick of memory, 1 video card, processor and heat sink/fan, and the power switch wires, nothing else, no cables, no wires, nothing. if you get nothing still, then hook up the other PSU and try it again. if it works, replace your PSU and then plug everything back in. if it doesn't work, try your other video card and a different stick of memory, still nothing, then most likely its your motherboard. but your welcome to try more memory and video cards.
