Yes i just done some tests today : a memtest, a hard disk advanced test with a Hitachi boot utility CD and the two others : sfc /scannow and chkdisk /r. The sfc one find some file corrupted.

I've also reinstalled some drivers and don't experienced a BSOD since them. I hope that the instability is going away ...
