Did you change any settings on your Netgear WG111v2 wireless adapter (drivers, settings, etc.)? If you didn't change anything with your PC's wireless adapter or PC's network settings and both your new Actiontec and old Westell wireless ADSL modem/routers are now running slow, then Verizon downgraded your account speed to a lower speed when you switched from the Westell to the Actiontec devices.

If this is the case, you need to contact Verizon's DSL tech support and demand that your call is escalated to a 2nd level or higher tech. Do NOT bother with the folks who answer the support line as they are usually non-Verizon call center reps working at some remote location who have little problem solving skills nor the ability to make DSLAM configuration changes to your DSL account.
