I run vista ultimate and my epson perfection 2400 scanner was working. Now, when I try to open it all I see is a blank little screen in the bottom left hand side of the monitor. I have uninstalled and downloaded a new driver from epson's website but the same problem persists. I have recently installed some vista updates but do not know if this has caused a problem. I am not tech savvy but would like some help please.
