I need help solving a problem with my email. A few days ago, I was sent an email with an attachment which I opened and viewed. I believe I may have messed up settings on my computer and now every time I try to open the attachment, I get "no preview available". I have tried saving the emailing and then opening it, but I get the same response. I have also gone into "options" on my email account and made sure everything is marked so that I can view attachments and the settings are correct. Please help.
