Hi Everyone. . .
@ Nichtsicher - Good Morning....
An understatement, perhaps .?.. I did pick up the 86 memory dumps in the zip file. !! Are there really more? If so - send them over. The reason is that based on your initial post, Microsoft drivers are showing up as the probable cause simply because they were in the memory offset vicinity of the actual cause that wishes to remain anonymous at this time. Those pointing at MS are of no use after initially processing them.
Since the dumps are void (thus far) of hardware errors, I expect that we will find a 3rd party driver to be the culprit here. But we'll know soon enough, hopefully within a few days. The more dumps the better as the ones pointing at MS are of no use after initially processing them.
A few items for me, please -
• Belarc Advisor report in mht, html, or word format
• DxDiag report - dxdiag.exe from an elevated prompt
• Event Viewer logs - all 54 of them - c:\windows\system32\winevt\logs\*.evtx
• DSS logs - main.txt and extra.txt
• HJT log (runs under and included in dss)
I'll send you a PM with my email address.
Regards. . .
