random BSOD minidump attached

Since two-three weeks I experience "randoms" BSOD.

I've a Dell D630 laptop with Vista SP1 Business Edition.

here's the details of the chipset :

Intel(R) GM965 Express Chipset
Chipset Components
Memory Controller:
82GM965
I/O Controller:
Intel(R) 82801HBM/HEM I/O controller hub (ICH8M) SATA Controller found in IDE mode
Integrated Graphics:
Intel(R) 965GM Graphics And Memory Controller Hub(GMCH)

I've upated drivers and BIOS. I've done a memory test two weeks ago and it comes clean.

It was a new Windows XP laptop that I upagraded to Vista + SP1, so I don't knwo if BSOD occured on XP. The BSODs occur at different time in the day with different network/hardware configuration (home / work).

I don't what to search ... I attached the minidump files.
