My girlfriend has Windows Vista on her laptop, which I don't have a clue how to use. She connects to a BT home hub wirelessly. Today she installed a webcam and her internet stopped working. The connection is working on her dad's laptop though. Apparently, there's a little button on the laptop that you're supposed to press to find a connection (she'd tried this, and when she clicked the disabled connection, windows told her to do it again).

She's uninstalled the webcam, and she's rebooted the computer twice with no luck. I've been trying to give her advice over the phone, but have never dealt with XP I can't suggest much. Apparently the make of wireless card (which is built in) is Ethos ar5007eg.
