Tell us about the chkdsk scan's results and search the event viewer for new errors. Also post your complete system specs and report your temps and voltages from the BIOS.
To make sure there's no weird problem with the mbr or boot sectors, please run
partition table doctor and check the partition properties (the free demo can't do any changes to the system).
