With your integrated network adapter plugged into one of the free ports on your router - open up "Control Panel", Network connections, click View, Details. Locate your Local Area Network Connection - does it say connected under status? If not, what is listed under status?

I'm just trying to figure out if our network hardware is establishing a link with our router.
