Update:
*I booted into Safe Mode
*Ran the Norton Removal Tool
*Rebooted into normal mode
It is still locked up. I noticed that you said to try another System Restore, can you be more specific what date? So far from my saved restore points, no point except the most recent one BEFORE i uninstalled NAV work.
