The logic board is the primary electronic component of the printer, like a motherboard for a computer. You can read reviews of Canons on virtually any site like Tom's Hardware, Anandtech, ZDNet, etc. and I'm sure you can find reviews on sites that are more directly related to your business.

My complaints about HP products are primarily related to their consumer/SOHO software. If you look at some of their upper end, high-volume inkjets, they have very nice offerings. But I buy Canon for myself, and still sell more Canon than HP.
