Sad, to say, I quit selling Epson inkjet printers about 3 years ago because of reliability problems. You probably have a bad logic board which essentially means tossing the unit.

Generally these days, I sell Canon. Good print quality, low cost per page, and the drivers aren't buggy and don't consume a ton of system resources; unlike HP's stuff.
