BIOS wise your probably going to be out of luck, most PC makers modify the bios to thier own standards and are model specific.

Drivers though can be found at the hardware manufacturers website, so if you need LAN drivers and 99% of HP's have on-board NIC's then you should be able to go to asus's website and download the drivers for you LAN from there.
